The task

IWA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2024 – with an exclusive CEO dinner at the Palazzo Nuremberg. On the guest list: Long-standing companions, important customers and VIPs from the world of politics. The program: equally hand-picked with speeches and an exquisite menu. The invitation communication and the decor on site were intended to visually emphasize the festive setting. Analog and digital.

Classy and inviting

The communication measures for the 50th anniversary of the IWA are based on a simple yet elegant design in black and gold. The save-the-date and invitation cards were given a high-quality finish, while the digital extension on the IWA website, the event landing page and the email reminder continue the exclusive look and feel. At the event, the welcome card with anniversary pin, menu cards and bottle tags set subtle yet striking accents.

The History Booth at the IWA invites visitors to discover milestones from 50 years of trade fair history with elegant steles and a four-page advertisement in the trade fair guide.

Exceptional and appealing

However, an event like the IWA not only requires anniversary communication, but also appealing advertising material for exhibitors and visitors.

The highlights: A visitor mailing with sticker sheet, shop window stickers for branding your own sales area and a set of four postcards for visitor advertising including an invitation to the Future Party to place on your desk and enter in your calendar.
