The task
KURZ’s employees can be proud of themselves: They work for a company that’s a global leader in thin-film technology and offers a broad range of products and technologies. The task of the employee magazine, which is a completely new design, is to convey exactly that and to make employees aware of the diversity of their company’s offering.

The implementation
The employee magazine shows the company in all its diversity in articles that are developed in close collaboration with KURZ, and at the beginning of which there’s always an in-depth discussion with the department being profiled.

The result
Authentic reports that show employees the full diversity of their company – with well-researched specialist information and clear communication of the values that make KURZ stand out. This strengthens both the sense of togetherness and the KURZ employer brand – because employees are now better informed than ever and can read about the many areas of innovation in their company. And they can be proud of their own contribution to it.
